image swapping

hi | i have an html page with a nav bar. the nav bar has 3 choices. instead of a choice bringing you to another html page, i want it such that onMouseOver and onClick to swap a new image in place of the one that is currently in the center of the page.

in addition, i only want that new image to change onMouseOver or onClick of either of the other two buttons.

anyone have suggestions as to where i could get started?
