I designed my website in HTML and CSS, but how do I host it? I bought a domain with dotster, but I don't want to use their sitebuilder, I just want to host my html script.

Well a domain is part of what you need. You also need web hosting. There is free hosting at www.freehostia.com but it expires in a year however you can renew before the year is up for free. Then there are the paid hosts. You will need to set your domain's nameservers to the nameservers provided for you by your webhost. Once you buy or get hosting you will need to login to the server via FTP. Then you simply upload your files to the public_html folder or the www folder.

How big are you planning your site to get?
I've got unlimited storage space with unlimited bandwidth for $60 per year.
If it's just a small personal sit, maybe free hosting will work for you - it's still a shame to waste a perfectly good domain name by adding theirs to yours.

Purchase a hosting space from dotster itself.. cheap and best then upload the file on it..l set the nd1 and ns2 in the domain contorll panel.. ns1 and ns2 can get from hosting accoiunt

before you make decision...please research what kind of hosting you do need, and try to compare several hosting providers..

I would suggest using Microtronix: http://www.microtronix-tech.com
They have been around for about 10 years now and have some of the best prices on the market. Plus they don't overload their servers with too many accounts. That's one of the big problems with Lunarpages they overload their servers, I had that problem with them a few years ago and spent two months moving me from server to server.
