I have CA Security Center or whatever it's called and I have looked all over for an answer to my problem and have gotten nowhere. I can't figure out how to allow a certain port to be opened. Here is my situation:
I host with hostgator (it's great) but I can't run certain things like the filemanager and live support without turning off my firewall. My firewall blocks a certain port or something (so I was told). I don't know much about this so if someone could fill me in and give me a link that would be great. Thanks.
