Help Wanted with website

I need some one to code my site. I have the design and lay out. so its css and some html coding..

it is five sites. a home, one about me, gallery and a contact site with a contactformular thats need to be coded.

I also need to have simpleviewer coded into my gallery

my budget is 50-75$ and i will pay via paypal

If you don't mind my asking, what exactly did the coder do for you?

I tried getting a project very similar to this one, and the guy wanted 120$ for it...and not only that...we just made me a sidebar and a crappy "5 line of coding" CMS thingy...

Did the guy who coded your site also put some basic content on it? (Sidebar with links, coded the gallery, made a CMS system)...

I'm just wondering...
