Language Patch

I need to program a language protocol compatibility patch for multiple OS'. I don't know where to start, I'm new to programming BUT at least I know what is needed. If anyone is willing to help, I'm willing to elaborate.:thumbsup:

CLOSE, but not quite. IF you would like I could send you the picture diagram. It's basically the concept put into picture form with a minimalist approach.

none. If I have no choice and I must use one of this I would use java.

in my opinion the easy way to build a gui is using tcl/tk, :)
I guess is hard to explain why I prefere until you try it, :)

agree with that, I prefere js over python too, it's more easy. If you are concern about protability probably python is better.
