OK, time for another one of my secret stash of canvas experiments. This one rocks, but Don't ask for a tutorial on this one. I barely know how I did it. hehehe

I have the shading on, but you can get a crisp image if you disable it.

Nicely done. Can see the curved image here, but not on your site. Just see one large black image.

that's odd. You were able to see the text script the other day?

Can you tell me if this works for your browser?
http://h1.ripway.com/tinyscript/imageShadedSphere.html
it should look like this

This page has direction in the code if you guys want to use it. It's pretty easy to work with
I thought the results look pretty good for what it is. The top of it looks choppy, but the rest isn't too bad. I should adjust the opacity of the image a little. Every image is going to look a little different and the gradients will need tuning anyway.

Yep. See the one at http://h1.ripway.com/tinyscript/imageShadedSphere.html perfectly and I do have NoScript which I've already set your site before to allow JS.
Still see nothing but a big black square at http://h1.ripway.com/tinyscript/curledpages.html .

Hmm that is a little odd. I couldn't see it either until I allow the site to display scripts.

Anyone with ideas why I can see the one, but not the other? JS has been on for site since first posting.
