tipping database

hey,
I'm thinking of making a very basic website that has the games for this season. I pretty sure i got the php code down but my question is how would i set it out in the database?

There are 16 teams, and 22 rounds. I will be having radio buttons next to each team, so i can choose the team i think will win. Its like a tipping but will only be used by me.

lol... when I said used by me, I meant my family and I will be using it, since we all want to do the tipping but live so far apart
