how can i stop my pages reloading from the cookies when they have already been accessed once by a user before, i want to do this to make sure that the user is always getting the up to date pages on there screen. cos when im making changes to my site and uploading them, i have to go and delete all my cookies and temp files and then i will get the updated version. i cant have my users doing this, its loosing me hits man!!! mO
