The only tweaks that Titlebar Tweaks that were available were page name, browser name - page name, page name - browser name, browser name. You could also use a custom browser name.
If you still want to use Titlebar Tweaks then you will need to make it compatible yourself.
When you go to install the extension right click on the "Accept and Install" button. Go to Save Link As. Save it to your computer, rename it to be a .zip file instead of .xpi. Now extract the files like a normal zip file. Make sure you keep the files together. In the place you extracted the files you will see an install.rdf file. Use notepad to open this. Then find these lines.
<Description>
<em:id>{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}</em:id>
<em:minVersion>2.0</em:minVersion>
<em:maxVersion>2.0.0.*</em:maxVersion>
</Description>
Change this line
<em:maxVersion>2.0.0.*</em:maxVersion>
to this
<em:maxVersion>3.*</em:maxVersion>
Save the file and close it. Now rezip all of the files together naming the zip file to what you want. After doing this change the extension back to .xpi.
Go to File > Open in Firefox and navigate to the xpi file you just zipped up. Firefox should prompt you to install it. After installing restart your browser and it should work just fine. I just tried this and it works without any issues. Like I said it doesn't remove the title bar completely but I guess if you gave it a blank name like a space or something and then just did Browser Name as the tweak it might be okay.
