View Full Version : Does Firefox not save favorites past the bottom of the screen?
It seems like no bookmark is getting saved anymore.
I don't know what to think, other than stop bookmarking stuff.
I remember IE just continued on and on with bookmarks, does FF not do that?
Anybody?
Thanks, Will

Yes it does. There is a small arrow at the bottom of the bookmarks menu. Place your mouse over it.
Hmmm..
I know the arrow your talking about, there isn't one there.
Maybe my browser is defective or something.

Does using your mouse wheel to scroll down work?
If that doesn't work, there might be some kind of setting to change it. Have a look at Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks, there might be something there.

Are you using a different theme than the standard? If so, perhaps it is causing an issue where that arrow isn't showing up.
I am using a laptop touchpad, there isn't a wheel.
I looked at bookmark organize> I didn't see anything there to set.
I'm not a big fan of the touchpad, but its better than having the extra wire and
mouse right now. I'm not sure about different themes in FF, I don't think I've ever messed with that if there is themes.
I wonder if downloading another FF browser would fix it?

I think you disabled the bookmark toolbar from your browser. Try to right click the space from toolbars (at File, Edit, View, etc.) then click the bookmark toolbar, and there you go..

Yes,some theme is causing problem, swith back to original theme and if the problem remain ,try reinstall the program.
My bookmarks "toolbar" or button is still there, its possible that I don't know what
your referring to.
I don't know about any themes in FF. If it has themes, I don't know where their at.
Thanks, Will
I finally figured it out I think! After downloading a new browser, it was the same way. But, at least it imported the bookmarks I did have.
Anyway, it was a Firefox add-on. I wish I knew that months ago, I've lost so many book-marks I lost count.
This is it though. I finally have that little down arrow to indicate more bookmarks. -

Its called "Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar".
You know all those "useless" sites in the browsers by default, well it was one of those. It just took me a while to spend the time to look thru that one.
