Hi,

Is there a way I can get that default ugly table border with css? The border style I'm talking about would be when you simply do table border="1".

Thanks.

Try this:
border: medium inset #fff;

Or this:
border: medium outset #fff;

Is one of these what you are after?

More to the point, you're probably wanting something like this:
<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css">
td, tr
{
border: 1px inset #e2e2e2
}
table
{
border: 1px outset #fff
}
</style>
</head>

<body>
<table>
<tr>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
<td>
Some text
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</body>
</html>

Haven't heard of inset/outset before. :P It works perfect, thanks!
