Jagged Lines

Hi there
I'm trying to recreate the attached image in photoshop... Basically what I'm trying to do is that stroke that looks somewhat grungy/jagged.

i can re-create those lines with photoshop using a stroke and smoothing to round corners but the line is nice and clean rather than that blotched look.

Any help?

try using a blur setting. I'm sure you have them. I use paint.net so I can't really help you with photoshop. I have cs2 but I hate using it compared to paint.net
