Need a Fast Quote...

I need a page created that will allow me to upload a .ZIP of images along with a CSV file. The pictures should be saved on a folder on my server and the name of the image saved in the database along with the info in the CSV file.

The info in the file is just a simple list of products and product attributes which just need to get populated into my database so the website will auto-populate the products available.
