hoqw to avoid text overlapping on table

hi,
i want to know is how to avoid text overlapping..

for example i have text:

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa+30 times

and i want to rearange it in the table so that it does not overlaps it..
i am using php in my site..

please reply.. your views..

Tables overlap or "overload" they stretch divs dont, you might want to look in to using a CSS and <div> table format.
