The Icons folders on menu bar do not appear until clicked on

I'm Hoping some one might no of a fix?
The Icons for the folders on this navigation menu bar do not appear until the name of the folder is clicked on it kinda activates it, how ever each folder name has to be clicked for folder to appear.
This makes them appear as static links. The menu is just like windows explorer how ever there menu folders always appear. I'm Hoping some one might no of a fix. I enclosed a .txt file
with the script.

No, you didn't. Or am i missing something.
Anyway, take a look around Javascript Kit - Menu and redirection (http://javascriptkit.com/script/cutindex23.shtml) and Dynamic Drive - Menu & navigation (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html).
Also, do a search on "Folding menu tree" or things along those lines, in this forum as well as in the outside world.
