Sorry to be so vague.

Check this site. (http://exitfegs.co.uk/btest.htm) The tabs are the blocks with names on them. I want to draw long thin ones to shift sideways when hovered over.

Well, they're using pure CSS, Frank. Did you have a specific style in mind?

Hello Cyan,

At this moment, I want to make strip tabs that are moved sidewise on hover.
Like two/three tabs joined sidewise or top to bottom and shifted as required.

Sorry to push this, but I would like some help. I couldn't get anywhere with Google.

This isn't a computer question. This is more of a general web design question, or graphics question, or html/css question. Its likely why you haven't had many responses.
