What is the performance effects if one keeps multiple databases on a single server.
i mean if there are blocks on one db,does it affect the performance of other Db??

hard to tell with the info given...what is the expected load for each of the instances? will they have identical configs? what sort of/volume of data that will be handled by each instance? the simplest way to find out is to set it up and run a quick stress test
