I have updated my website information structure and design and would love to hear your thoughts about it.
Does it look good?
Does it show what it is all about from the very beginning?

Looks very nice!
Have some errors in your CSS (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.webandpeople.com%2F&profile=css21&usermedium=all&warning=1&lang=en)
Also, from the SEO point of view, you may need to add some semantic elements (http://www.boagworld.com/technology/semantic_code_what_why_how/) to your document.

I lovelovelovelovelovelove it.
My problem is that the favicon doesn't match up with your site's logo. The other thing is that the title would be better suited to actually be in title case and follow English spacing rules rather than French ones; i.e., "WebAndPeople: Professional Web Design". I'm not sure whether the French spacing was a conscious choice, but it definitely should be titling case.

You might get someone to proff read your copy. In some places it's awkward.
"This is the most important evaluation parameter. We do not offer the most cheap solution, but we are ready to justify each forint."
"This is the most important evaluation parameter. We do not offer the cheapest solution, but we are ready to justify each forint."
forint? is this a typo or are you based in Hungary? Since the prices you list seem to be in U.S. dollars, if this isn't a typo I would rewrite that line.
Yes, css troubles can't handle them, without some of them it does not work.
And copy are my weekness (( I'm not native English speaker.
Made changes where I could based on your comments! Thanks!
