Help with filezilla

I use filezilla to transfer files to my website. I am trying to transfer some files over from my .com domain name to my .co.uk. How do I specify which domain name my my site appears under.

Is it do with the names of the files???

Well each URL points to a specific folder, and that should be what you need to figure out with your hosting company. If the sites are mirrors, then its probably the same folder.

just a word of caution my friend, because two weeks ago I did something similar to that using Filezilla and I didn't realized that all my other sites are inside already I get everything screwed up. That's probably me only... but just a caution.
