dropdown menu and centering

Could anyone take a look at :

and let me know why the page isnt centered in IE6 and why the drop down menu only works in FF?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> Remove the above one from the top of your DOCTYPE, as it turns IE to quirks mode.

Thanks - that sorted the centering in ie6 - but Im still not getting any dropdowns from the menu (works in FF).

Is there an error with my implementation of the suckerfish code?
