I repeatedly get "Internet Explorer 8 is not responding and is shutting down." messages when using it with Windows 7 Ultimate.Has anyone else had this? It happens on both my desktop and laptop.

Hi bazz.
I am an upgrade fanatic. I check two or three times a day, sometimes more. At my age I often have nothing else to do.Also, I have set for auto updates.

effpeetee,
Hi my name’s Feran and I’m working with the Internet Explorer Outreach Team to provide assistance and help answer questions people might have about Internet Explorer.
You may already know this, but an update was released yesterday that will improve Internet Explorer’s reliability for users running the Windows 7 Beta. The update is now available via Windows Update, and can also be downloaded via Microsoft Update. For more information you can check out the IEBlog - http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/.
I hope this helps,
Feran
