Issuing command at host?

I am trying to install a product to a server that will enable me to updae from a news feed. To install the product, one must use an install command from with the product's subdirectory (as in install.exe). How do you go about issuing the command in a windows environment on the host?

Is this server with a hosting company? If so it's unlikely you're gonna be able to install anything on it yoruself. You'll need physical, or at least remote desktop, access to the machine.
