I'm collaborating with a few of my colleagues in the education community in an effort to create a camp for inner city teenagers in my area. I would like to create a t-shirt for the camp, but I would prefer not to use CustomInk because it has been pricey in the past for the athletic events that I organized. The camp will be centered around service and I would like to find a way to allow them not to pay an arm and a leg to do service, especially in today's market. Is there another apparel design website with the same type of interface that CustomInk has, but with a cheaper price?

you could do it yourself, if you have a decent printer (not laser) you could print them out and iron them onto the shirt yourself http://www.calibex.com/iron-on-t-shirt-paper/zzcalibex2zB1z0--search-html, that would be the cheapest route.
Also theres cafe press, http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize/?id=5, and http://www.youdesignit.com/benefits/cheap-custom-tee-shirts i only did a brief comparison and they all seemed cheaper, but they make you buy at least 6
---Whats this have to do with Project collaboration/ partnership , or even coding for that matter?
