hi there bit of a newbie question

just looking for advice

i have a html web site with jquery,rss and a few other bits and bobs no flash

i was looking into content management systems but dont really know much about them

the question i have is

Q........any content management system i have looked at talks about creating templetes within the system its self

ie you create your site within the cms

is there a cms that deals with sites that have all ready be created, but you want to add a cms to edit it.

any feedback would be great along with some sugestions
