retrieving after recycle bin

I have unfortunately deleted a folder from my system.
also unfornately i have given Shift+Del command sothat it has been removed from recycle bin also

Is it any possible way to retrieve my lost folder back?
any free tool available?

What operating system are you using?

Undelete will work through DOS in Disk partitions but not FAT32 I don't think. Is there a utility substitute?
