animated gif in psd file

Hi,

I am building my website as a psd in photoshop and then I will slice and convert it into html in image ready. I made a gif animation and I want to insert it into my psd file except that when i try to, it doesn't work. I am so very frustrated!!

Please tell me how to get my animated gif into my psd or what i should do.

What version of photoshop are you using? Why do you need to insert into your psd file for photoshop?
