Javac Problem in Vista

What worked .....there seem to be a break in thread here I am experiencing the same problem..after setting the path I still get this when I want to complie

C:\>javac HelloWorldApp.java
javac: file not found: HelloWorldApp.java
Usage: javac <options> <source Files>
use -help for a list of possible options

C:\>

I know I am not using the javac command well..so what is the correct syntax

Instead of bumping old threads, you should create new.

Here's the solution for you.

run the javac command from the same directory that contains HelloWorldApp.java.
