1) Project Details: I'm working on a new site template and have run into a few bugs. I've currently posted seeking help in the freebie section, but really I need this to work sooner than later so I'm willing to pay someone to help. I have a few things to be done, all to this template mstevensphoto.com/headshots/folio2.html

Everything needs to be done in css and html, I am not open to changing to php or having any more flash elements in the site

First: I have made the dropdown menu work in firefox 3 for mac and safari, but it does not work on PC - I need it to work everywhere. I would also like a code snippet (if possible) that allows the drop down to be a single line of options (horizontal list instead of vertical) - I would like it to work as is, and ALSO have the option of horizontal lists, so it's really two code snippets

Second, I'm not sure the template I modified is the best way to display the flash content. it works fine, but generates validation errors. I would like your take on best practices for displaying that flash content in a way that validates and does not cause conflicts with the dropdown menu

2) Payment Amount: $40 (for what seems like 30-60 min of work)

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): paypal - payment in full upon completion to spec - sooner is better.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):
I don't care where you're located, but there are a few things I'm NOT interested in and proposing them to me will not help you get the job...I don't want a visual redesign, I don't want to have the whole site in flash and I'm not interested in hiring you to manage my ppc or organiz seo.
