Javascript Dropdown menu hovered over flash

if you go to

you will see my flash banner, and my attempt at the menu and drop down, it works fine and looks alright but I just feel for this project I need it a bit cleaner.

I am wondering if it's possible to insert a javascript dropdown menu in a specific space over my flash document?
