I am getting a fair bit of web work in through the door now, and would like to work with a developer who is conversant with:

PHP
MySQL
AJAX/JS/XHTML
OSCommerce
Joomla
Perhaps Magento as well.


Person should be able to work quickly and code cleanly, be responsive and literate over email with me. Needs to be able to show me a portfolio of recent projects.

There will be on-going work in this position and the developer will need to quote each job (so in turn I can do so to the client) and be reasonably-enough priced so that we can both make money from the arrangement.
