Create fullscreen link for embeded video from external site

Hi guys,

I think this is done with JS but I am not certain...I was wondering if there is a way to create a fullscreen link to make an embeded video from an external site that does not have a fullscreen button go fullscreen?

Basically, force an embeded video to go fullscreen using a link.
