Scroot's Member Location indicator

As first discussed in another thread, Scroot has created this cool ASP tool that allows members of CF to enter where in the world they're located. It's quite interesting, and here's the link again:

http://www34.brinkster.com/scroots/census/zone.asp

Click on the area where you are and it takes you to a page and you click submit and thats it.

Yep i didn`t want to wreck my bandwidth allowence thats why i post the results as .html on another server, as i didn`t want to kill a server.

I will update it in a min, There is an error of why you can`t see the members on the map it is due to an image that i will change, but there is NO need to resubmit.

I think I'm in the water too, in the Baltic. Hmmm, it seems to be about 1000 km between the spots. :p

meow, i could make the boxes smaller or whatever, but making the smaller increase project size. Also it might be regarded as a security issue if someone knew within 200KM of where you lived, or within 200KM of the most of the baords members.

Hehe, not bad for a first attempt. (It is a first attempt right?) :)

Still I'd like to see you make it automated.

i could post a link for automated results, but all my bandwidth usage would die.

as i said if anyone has any asp space on a server it could become automated.

Of coarse in don’t live on the South Pole. I just work there !

Seriously, i’m the manager of the Arctic Microsoft Division but i have a fly-in agreement, so i just hop over there if i’m needed (it’s this kind a overhead that makes our fine products so expensive)
