New Game (Co-owner)

The game is basically this, your 16 years old looking to make cash and friends. You start in one of the lower gang cities. Then the higher level you get the high city to you move up. There are various weapons including different kinds of pistols, and hand weapons such as a crowbars baseball bats brass knuckles etc. Different kinds of drugs and liquor since those will be your two main sources of income. You can buy different houses cars and planes to get around faster. The gangs will be a very big part of the game. We are planning on having gang crimes gang wars and lots of activities with gangs. Currently we have 30 different crimes and 10 gang crimes but thats going to increase a large bit. There will also be gambling. There will be an underground school where you can learn to shoot a gun how to make cocaine at home etc. There will also be a job system were you can earn money as a drug dealer a robber etc. There will also be ranks throughout the gangs. Like leader drug dealer robber weapon master gun dealer etc. There will be hitlists so you can put a hit on someone thats been annoying you. A hall of fame items such as steroids awake potions. I maybe adding buying land so you can grow your own drugs.

I asked the owner of grpg he said someone did it before me and said it was simple and didn't create any new bugs. The only problem with this is we do not have enough money to fund it... So I am looking for someone to help me run the game be the co-owner and fund some of the game. the webhosting that I found I am still looking but it is 75 dollars a month ( I am still looking for a better one though) I would like if your willing to help please have msn aim or gmail so its easy to get a hold of you. can you tell me more?
what you have put is not very much, you say the game is an rpg? is it an mmorpg, is it text based? is it browser based or console based (your PC)? now about this hosting plan, im going to assume based on the examples that the game is text based. If it is a text based game and your paying 75$ a month right out the gate well thats not necessarily a good idea. what does it include? how much space? does it support MySQL, and PHP? how much of an investment are we looking at, and what kind of return do you expect to be handing out?
