Image + Text.

Can anyone help me writing a javascript/css that from a link creates a popup window that has an image and the its text description. the text overflows the page. My goal is to keep the popup image in place while the description text has a vertical scrollbar to make it fit in the page

the the tag containing the text a width, say 200px.
then set its css; overflow to "auto" or "scroll".
