Does anyone know of any good companies with decent plans... if so could you provide a link please

What do you mean by "high speed"? 20mbps? 500? 4000?

What you might be looking for is someone that can provide you with an optical carrier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_Carrier) link.
