How to add Photoshop to the list of right click options

I installed Photoshop CS3 recently but for some reason it doesn't show up in the list when you right click on a jpg file and want to open that file with Photoshop. I've been told that Photoshop or any other program for that matter can be added to the list.

Can anybody please tell me how to do this as it is getting very annoying and time consuming to have to browse to a photo file from Photoshop.

Look for a folder called SendTo and add a short cut there.
