Good $10-15/month ASP webhost?

Currently my website (www.devimg.net) is hosted by Brinkster, and it's alright except during the day (business hours, specifically) when it's horrible. I haven't received any useful help from tech support so I'm thinking of switching hosts.

What I need is a fast server (that's the whole reason I'm switching), reliability, at least 10 GB/month transfer, at least 200 MB storage, AspImage, an upload component (Persits.Upload preferred), MS Access support, and preferably custom 404 pages. The domain name is hosted separately by register.com so that's not a problem.

Anyone know of good hosts?

As as far as register.com, try godaddy.com, I have at least 20 domains parked there. They charge $7.75 per domain to be parked there plus one year of domain registration. It is a good price considering how expensive register.com is.
