Looking for a web designer for a matrimonial site design

1) Project Details:

I am looking for some one who can create a matrimonial site template.

Following pages needs to be designed

1. Home page (like shaadi.com but not clone, its just for idea)
2 User registration page.
3. Logo/banner.
4. Login/logout page
5. favicon
6. view profile page.
7. user section (the user home page which is displayed when user logs in successfully)

Not only PSD, The design needs to be coded too in HTML CSS.

I need following things on front page.


Look at http://www.shaadi.com/ , http://www.jeevansathi.com/, and http://www.bharatmatrimony.com/. take the design idea from this sites.
Header
Navigation bar
Login block
one region for featured profile listing
one region for showing latest news and events
Space for advertising and banners
footer
Include your own ideas


I don't have any specific images, you can choose it your self.

Please note: this and all other pages should have tabless layout and forms.

Once the home page is approved, you can code the remaining pages.

Less than $100? You really don't have a more flexible budget? I would apply, I've done wedding stuff for my own wedding, but it would take more than $100 of most anyone's time to do this. If you want to spend $100, perhaps you should look into buying templates online, but if you are interested in custom work, it takes more than a bare-bones budget to get a decent designer.

This is my first time perusing through the Web Projects section and I have to say, you guys are cheap... I wouldn't charge less than $1200 for an original design and all his features.
