Modification to a video-sharing web site

1) Project Details: Looking for a contract programmer to help build (or add on, more specifically) something very straightforward, presumably using MySQL and PHP.

Here is what we're looking at:

It's a system that lets us share video. It's YouTube-like. But, we want to add on groups and privacy... a way to assign passwords to certain people so those people can see certain videos, and unable to see anything else. We're open to building something from scratch, or adding something onto phpmotion to get it to work like we expect.
