Code to Instant Message on Aim

Hey, what is the html code or java or whatever to instant message someone. For example my screen name is jasonap1 so what do i put as the code to make it show up on the webpage so that they can click and IM me like these forums do.

Even cooler (sometimes) is that you can include a pre-written message using
<a href="aim:goim?screenname=jasonap1&message=Your Message">AIM me</a>. This will pop up an aim screen with your AIM name as the "To" and Your Message as the message.

That's an aol only known protocol by the way. The aol people should really have an alternate option such as an address link to some kind of applet to launch aim express as well.
