I have been building my website, and I am in the final tweaks. I have gotten it to the point where I liked it in the looks in firefox and IE. It has been working fine in firefox but when I checked it today the menu is above where it needs to be and the copyright font changed. I have not made any changes to these elements lately. What can be going on? When I check it in IE it's fine.

I see "#apDiv1", but I don't see "#apDiv9" ...

<div id="apDiv1">
<div id="apDiv9">

That might be related to this problem?

If it's saying to close all Firefox processes currently running on your computer, chances are you've still got some legacy files operating on your machine. There's a chance that you can identify those files by hitting CTRL-ALT-DELETE and opening your task manager. From there, take a look at your processes and anything with Firefox in it you'll want to cancel the process tree, then try reinstalling Firefox.

Alternatively, you can find a disk cleaner, or file remover, software provider, purchase the software, run it on your machine and remove all legacy files related to any program that was uninstalled. This should clean things up for you.

There's also the possibility that it could still show up in your Add/Remove Programs within the Control Panel (assuming you're using Windows). If so, you can try to uninstall it there for a clean start.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
