using form in existing flash file...

Hi all,
I have created a flash web site, That is working fine.
But now my customer ask me to add one sign up form in the web site.
And I don't know how to add a form in previosly created flash file. Please help me out as it is urgent. If it is not possible then also please tell me.....

I assume you can edit the original file? If so then you just need to read up on how to use forms in Flash? I don't know what you need help with here...
