Trade coding work for design work

Hi everyone,

Since I'm terrible at designing websites, I was wondering if someone would be willing to swap a site design (made by them) in exchange for some coding work.

What I need done is a template for a real estate agent. My aunt is a real estate agent and I'd like to make her a site but as mentioned, I'm not a good designer :) So basically all I need is a template made and I can do the rest from there (slicing, coding etc - just need the PSD to work with).

My current skill set includes: X/HTML, CSS, PHP & MySQL and Javascript (a little bit). I'd have to say, I'm strongest using PHP & MySQL - my XHTML & CSS is a bit rusty since I've mostly only been working on back end scripts lately.

In exchange for said template, I could do some coding work for you.

Tempting offer, but for now I'd prefer to see if I can find someone willing to barter with. I'd rather not have to dispense any money.

However, if I can't find anyone willing to do a trade, I'll probably take you up on that deal - so I'll keep you in mind.
