Replace - New - Manipulated - Window Questions

Hi,

Over the years design changes as well as idea's.

What is Your personal favorite out of these options:

(Links mentioned below are within the same URL)

1. After selecting a link on a page, the new page replaces the last page without opening a new window.

2. After selecting a link on a page, the new page opens in a new (not by JavaScript manipulated) window .

3. After selecting a link on a page, the new page opens in a new (screen filling, not FULL-SCREEN ) window.

4. After selecting a link on a page, the new page opens in a new (standard size & centered) window .

Usually, I prefer option 1, and then if I want the link opened in a new window, I just have to use the shift key
