Hi Everyone,

I am having a problem with mod_rewrite in my website. Please help me out on this.

The objective of the script is to have a custom URL from a dynamic URL:
Dynamic URL:
Custom URL:
http://www.abc.com/subfolder/order/order%20zelli%20exotic%20shoes.htm (http://www.abc.com/subfolder/order/order%20zelli%20exotic%20shoes.htm)

I am implementing the following code with htaccess:

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
Rewritecond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule order/order%20zelli%20exotic%20shoes.htm$ product-list.php?list=2&catname=Shoes&catparentname=

But the page is not loading. Where am I going wrong?

Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Pasha Sanyal

Are you getting a 404 error when you visit /subfolder/order/order%20zelli%20exotic%20shoes.htm?
Is the mod_rewrite in /subfolder/.htaccess?

Options +FollowSymLinks

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^order/order\ zelli\ exotic\ shoes\.htm$ ./product-list.php?list=2&catname=Shoes&catparentname= [QSA,L]
