include virtual?

is there any way to access only the members portion of a freewebs page kind of like this one?

i was tampering with tokens to get a regular page that only fw-editors use, for my html mode.

and found a comment that defined the sidebar in it
<-! #include virtual="_sidebars?siteID=#######&filename=index.html" !->
something like that.

and my question is, how would i go about getting that same ssi, but for that one section in that page where it shows all the members?
