Just an update:

Although still Alpha, W3C Unicorn (http://qa-dev.w3.org/unicorn/) -- which provides synchronized (X)HTML Markup and CSS Validation for the same URI -- has been extensively upgraded to accommodate all DOCTYPES currently in the W3C catalog, including XHTML+RDFa and ISO-HTML.
