Recommendations on an HTML plugin

Does anyone have a recommendation for a decent HTML program or plugin that can be used with a form? I want users to be able to fill in their profiles, but have a field where they can do sort of an "About Me" but I would like some sort of HTML/Editor Bar so they can mess with fonts/colours/links etc.

I've found a couple before and a lot of them were pretty sketchy in that they work half the time or are just not user-friendly. Does anyone know off the top of their heads something like this that is decent? Thanks.

TinyMCE (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/) is one of the most widely used. There are more, but this one is pretty solid.
