linking to a site with frames

There is a webiste that I'm trying to link to, that has 2 frames: 1 frame on the top, then 1 frame below for the main body. When you first go to the site, the top frame loads with a top header image, which will always stay there and never changes (it is just a frame with the logo). In the frame below, it loads with the main home page. After I click on a link or two on the home page, I find the page that I want to link to. Of course the top frame is still there with the logo.

My question is: If I had a totally seperate site, is there a way to put a link to the website above, so that it will load the topframe with the logo, and the main body frame will load with the page I wanted (not the default home page, but the page I had to navigate to).

Nope, can't do it unless the person with the framed site has created a script to make that possible
