Is there free web service which would allow me to read my multiple web based email accounts with one log-in?

Our company blocks web based email sites. Do you think I will be able to use Outlook this way behind corporate firewall?

The key words are in your initial query "multiple web based email accounts". I'm in the same boat...all web-based are blocked. Guess what, if they've gone so far as to block the actual sites, then they're most likely blocking the domain entirely. So, odds are you're out of luck.
The firewall is just that...a WALL. You're not going to get around it. And even when they are ways of getting around it, you'll lose your job as soon as you're busted. They don't take kindly to those who mess with the tech side of their business. That's of the utmost importance to a LOT of companies.
Plus, Outlook is okay for multiple POP3 accounts, but NOT web-based. Your query was not correctly read by the other repliers (no offense). Only Outlook Express can pull in Hotmail. Well, you can get Yahoo in OE as well, but you have to pay for it! And guess what, your employer will be blocking you the whole time anyway!
I even tried a few services like mail2web.com to get some of my POP3's...no luck. They'd blocked them all.
And if they're blocking web-based, then you can be 99.9% sure they're tracking every single thing you do.
My company prints a monthly report of Internet (web site) activity with site URLs, time of day, and time spent. My boss doesn't bother to look at the reports, but it's fuel for the fire if and when.
Good luck...and enjoy catching up on all your web-based email when you get home at night -- like me.

Gordo, I don't think they gonna block entire domains like Yahoo or MSN. They say they block for security reasons so people don't download attachments. I don't see how they can block all email sites. There are so many small ones. And they don't block shopping sites, stock trading sites, news etc. They do track employees browsing but we've got 80,000 employees and everyone is browsing and the consensus is it's OK as long you don't abuse it and do your job well. Noone got fired yet. Even I knew the guy downloading mp3 music from Chineese sites (those sites are blocked now) and the other guy constantly listening Internet streaming radio.
1. Still there should be web service which consolidates multiple email accounts. Quicken.com use to have that - you could see on one page all your financial and email accounts.
2. Also what about using email autoforwarding feature sending email to my corporate address?
3. Another alternative is cell phone web browsing.
4. Or email by phone service using 800 number.
